Modern Designer Townhouse | Ideal for Long Stays!

Would stay again if the emails before and after check in were at least halved. Positive: House was clean, easy to find. Negative: The property sent a ridiculous amount of emails and messages before check in, continuing to get far too many after check out. Messages coming through on Booking.com, email and text.

After arriving, I left and went to a friend's house and decided to stay there and not stay overnight at the property Positive: It was not visibly dirty. It appeared to be clean. Negative: Not a desirable location. Lots of rundown properties. The property was clean but needed lots of refreshing. The tempered glass was shattered on the front door. The couch under a slipcover is obviously broken. The handrails on the stairs were not appropriately secured. There are water stinks on the ceiling. There was damage to the closet doors. The flooring downstairs needs to be replaced. The blinds were not in good shape. The baseboards need to be repainted. The exterior has wood rot and requires painting—the dryer vents to the front yard with an open pipe. There was dryer lint in the front by the door. For the neighborhood and the condition of the property, it is way overpriced.
