🐾 Furry Friends Welcome: Cleaning Policy – What It Covers and Why It Matters

We’re happy to host your four-legged family members! However, please note that a cleaning fee applies to each stay that includes a dog.

This small fee helps us provide the best possible experience for every guest, and here’s how it’s used:

Extra Cleaning from Shedding: Even clean pups leave behind hair that sticks to rugs, furniture, and linens. After each pet stay, we schedule a deep clean to ensure the space is spotless and comfortable for the next guest.
Odor Control & Freshening: Dogs can leave behind odors that aren’t always noticeable right away. We use pet-safe deodorizers and cleaning products to make sure the home smells clean and fresh every time.
Yard Care: We also treat and tidy the yard after each dog visit to keep the outdoor space clean and enjoyable for future guests and pets.

⚖️ Service Animal Policy

While we fully comply with federal and state policies and all applicable laws regarding service animals, please be aware that a cleaning fee still applies.
This is not a pet fee—it's a cleaning fee that reflects the additional sanitation required after any animal has been in the home.
